Eugene F. Ferraro, CPP, CFE, PCI, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Gene has specialized in the investigation of allegations of behavioral and criminal misconduct for over 30 years. He is the founder and currently the Chief Executive of ForensicPathways, Inc. and frequently lectures and speaks on the topic of complex investigations involving allegations of harassment and discrimination, and all forms of workplace misconduct. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Justice School and a former Marine Corps Naval Aviator and combat flight instructor. He is board certified in both Human Resources Management (SPHR and SHRM-SCP designations) and Security Management (CPP designation).  He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Professional Certified Investigator (PCI).

Gene is a member of The Society of Human Resource Management, ASIS International, and the Professional Private Investigators Association of Colorado. He is the founder and former Chief Executive and Ethics Officer of Convercent, Inc., a Denver based global whistleblower hotline and compliance service provider currently serving clients in over 135 countries.

He is a licensed professional investigator and is the author of numerous books on various aspects of complex internal investigations and investigative interviewing in the private sector. Of his many books, You Can Find Anyone was his best seller and sold over 65,000 copies. He has competently testified as eighter a fact or expert witness in over 200 matters in the United States.

Beau Wood

Beau is a professional investigator, researcher, and trainer. For over 16 years he was a team-leader and field operative who specialized in counter insurgency operations which included locating and apprehending dangerous high value targets. While doing so, he worked in 26 countries, most of which were hostile to the United States, our values, and our military forces. His work in the United States includes training and managing specialized private sector investigators, fact-finders, and members of law enforcement. He currently heads ForensicPathways, Inc.’s research and PeepleFinders team. His passion is accomplishing the impossible when failure is not an option!

Jonathan D. Rose, MD, PHD, CPP, PSP, PCI

Dr. Rose received his B.S. in Engineering, B.A. in Chemistry, and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Detroit. He additionally received an M.F.S. (Master of Forensic Science) from National University, a Ph.D. in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the Medical College of Ohio, and his M.D. from Rush Medical University in Chicago, with a focus on forensic pathology. He is currently a licensed physician in two states. Dr. Rose is a member of the National Internal Affairs Investigators Association, the International Association of Chiefs of Police, the International Homicide Investigators Association, the International Association of Hostage Negotiators, the International Association of Bloodstain Pattern Analysts, the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association, the International Crime Scene Investigators Association, the International Association for Identification, and the International Association of Arson Investigators. Dr. Rose is a practicing licensed private investigator in his home state of Michigan and is also a licensed investigator in California. He is a member of ASIS International and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Dr. Rose is a distinguished security professional and holds all three of the ASIS International certifications (CPP, PSP, PCI) and is also a practicing Certified Fraud Examiner and consultant.
